Earbud Holder
Research and Design
This is the exterior of my earbud box, its dimensions are: Length- 2.45 inches, W- 1.50 inches, H- 2.50 inches. It has 1/8 inch rounded edges on the top, bottom, and all four vertical corners. To make this I made a 2.45 x 1.50 x 2.50 inches to and then created another 2D Sketch on the top of 2.05 x 1.10 x 2.10 inches. This basically formed a shell and is the exterior.

Here is one of the parts to the interior sections of my earbud holder. This is has dimensions of: Length- 2.00 inches, Width- 0.25 inches, Height- 2.25 inches. Again like to outside of my earbud holder this has 1/16 inch rounded edges on all exterior corners vertical and horizontal. There is a O.25 inch tall and 0.50 inch wide rectangle located in the center of the square. The center would be 0.75 over from the left and the right to the edges and one inch up and down to the edges for the rectangle to be located in the center.

The Final Product
What I learned...
I learned that you can't print rounded objects without supports or else they will not print. Throughout my time using Inventor I was able to refine my skills on making objects with the most efficiency considering I missed a day due to PSAT Testing. While refining my skills with 2D Sketches and Extruding or Cutting I found shortcuts to my it easier for me to catch up or not fall as far behind. One thing I didn't think through all the way was leaving space where the inner parts went together because they are a little tight right now, but the go thing is they aren't falling apart which would defeat the purpose of the Earbud Holder.
